ABOUT US
The founders of the Strategic Assistance and Support Group LLC are such security policy experts who have proven professional experience and can be characterized by creativity, excellent language skills, and accuracy. Our dynamic team has the professional knowledge, proven experience, and relational capital which allow us to absolutely comply with the clients’ needs. The members of our multidisciplinary team possess comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge.
OUR MISSION
The mission of STRASG is provide credible, accurate and ethical assessment and answers in the increasingly complex world of today, which consists of economic, political, social, environmental, and military factors. In order to achieve our mission a comprehensive information security system has been developed, which ensures the integrity of the information requested by and granted to the clients, and meets the requirements pertaining to trade secrets and mutual trust.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is based on the ancient instinct and need of the humanity, which can be summarized into the question “By what methods and by what means can strengthen our security”? The ways and the methods of perceiving and understanding security risks, challenges and threats have become extremely sophisticated; therefore it requires complex and credible professional knowledge.
At the center of our uncompromising professional attitude we put full compliance with relevant rules and the highest ethical standards. In order to implement this, our multidisciplinary team offers effective, professional, unique and customer-oriented solutions.
We believe that through this conduct our group could provide the customers with complex and applicable solutions, while keeping in mind the values of interests of common good.
OUR SERVICES
By recognizing the complex nature of the security problems of today and the fact that interaction between seemingly unrelated areas could mean security risks and threats, our team can meet its mission in almost all areas of everyday life.
Our activities can be divided into three main areas:
Tracing and mapping risks, threats, and challenges.
Preparing analyses and assessments using a comprehensive approach to security.
Providing solutions for specific security needs of our customers.
Our main activities are implemented using the following methods:
Assistance: effective management of security problems, particularly at their early stages could mean a real challenge due to lack of relevant knowledge. Our business finds the best solution for the specific problem, saving time for the customer and avoiding and (often much more serious) problems result from hasty and precipitant actions.
For example:
if the current company providing security services for the client does not prove to be proper or adequate in the particular situation, our team (after professional verification) will explore the available services for customer’s specific needs based on relevant rankings;
security monitoring, verification and validation of employees of the given company;
evaluating and analyzing domestic and/or international environment related to the further development or expansion of a particular company (e.g. exploring and analyzing the security components of a planned business project or venture in the Middle East).
Support: if the situations mentioned above do occur, our business provides direct support, develops and grants potential orientation and solutions for the customer. Our team actively participates in the chosen solution, continuously controls and supervises the process, then at the end of the process it carries out an evaluation. For instance: providing manned or unmanned security services, private investigation services.
Presentations, trainings, courses and conferences in English and Hungarian: organizing events related to security and security policy issues covering both domestic and international trends and experience. Special attention is given to the combination of theory and practice, where finding the proper and effective balance is a priority. To this end, we follow the methodology of “learning through experience”.
Preparing assessments and analyses: writing and preparing assessments and analyses related to security and security policy with high professional competence with maximum respect towards given deadlines.
Strategic planning and consulting: our business provides effective assistance and/or support in the security segments of strategic planning and consulting.
Our services can be used for:
Risk assessment and analysis;
Product development;
Product management;
Program management;
Business development;
Developing and designing security policy components for marketing and PR policy;
Developing peer support schemes;
Preparing strategic documents (business, marketing, etc);
