Anna Bulakh deliver a lecture entitled "Energy Supply Diversification in the Baltic Region." as part of PSSI's Energy Security Academy in February 2015. This intensive, one-week courses is part of a joint PSSI - Faculty of Social Sciences, Masaryk University in Brno cooperation.

Bulakh Anna
Anna Bulakh is a junior research fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security. Her research focuses on energy security and regional issues in the Eastern Partnership countries, especially Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova. Before joining ICDS as a research assistant in February 2013, Anna was previously a researcher on security in the Eastern Partnership region at the Prague Security Studies Institute. A graduate of the International Relations and European Integration programme for future diplomats and civil servants at the Estonian School of Diplomacy, Anna holds an BA in economic theory and an MA in political science and international relations. In 2015, Anna was lauded as a "Leader of Tomorrow" by the knowledge pool at the 45st St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland.
