PSSI, in cooperation with the Institute of Political Studies at the Charles University and the American Center in Prague, invites you to the first lecture from the series of four lectures on the topic of Space Security that will take place at the American Center in Prague. 

Mr. Marquez will review the U.S. space policy decision-making process, the purpose of a National Space Policy and its individual elements as they relate to geopolitics, national security, commerce/economy and budget considerations.

Mr. Marquez is Vice-president for Global Engagement at Planetary Resources, owner of Ascending Node, national consulting firm specializing in space, fellow at the George Marshall Institute and formerly served at the White House as Director for Space Policy at the National Security Council.
