A public lecture by H.E. Dr. Igor Lukšić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro under the title of "Montenegro and NATO" to be held on 13 February (Friday) at 2 pm at the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade.
