The Prague Centre for Transatlantic relation of the CEVRO Institute (PCTR) with cooperation with International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT)invites you to a public lecture “Negotiations with Terrorists”. The event will take place on Thursday, December 8 from 5:00 pm in the atrium of the CEVRO Institute (Jungmannova 17, Prague 1).

The lecture will be held with the participation of Col. (Res.) Lior Lotan, the Israeli lawyer, Senior Researcher and Former Executive Director, International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT), Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya, Israel and one of the world’s foremost experts in hostage-barricade situations and hostage negotiations. Also with participation of Mjr. Miroslav Vymyslický, National coordinator of crisis negotiations Police of the Czech Republic.

The lecture will be in English. Interpretation will be provided. Due to organizational matters, we kindly ask you to confirm your participation to December 7.
