The conference will feature two consecutive panels discussing current policy recommendations and ongoing institutional steps aimed at strengthening the internal resilience of the EU against terrorist attacks led by European Institutions. Meanwhile, the second panel will focus on the implementation of this agenda and its inherent challenges by relying on the knowledge and experience of the Member States. Our speakers will include Gilles de Kerchove, EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator; Michèle Coninsx, President of Eurojust and Chair of Eurojust’s Counter-Terrorism Team and Wil Van Gemert Deputy Director of the EUROPOL’s Operations Department.
