PSSI, in cooperation with Masaryk University in Brno and American Center in Prague, will organize a lecutre and discussion entitled "Can the United States Become Energy Self-Sufficient?" The lecture will be given by Dr. Earl H. Fry, Professor of Political Science and Endowed Professor of Canadian Studies at Brigham Young University.
